In-room medical care for visiting performers, speakers, and VIP guests at major Chicago venues and their surrounding hotels.

Transparent On-Site Pricing
We believe in full pricing transparency, especially for specialized engagements. On-site planning and staffing is billed separately from clinical services rendered.
On-Site Planning & Staffing Rates
On-site engagements require a minimum of 3 hours. The first half of the estimated total is due at the time of reservation and is non-refundable.

Required when RN services need medical direction
Any medical services rendered (IV hydration, sick visits, wound care, etc.) are billed at our standard clinical rates in addition to the staffing fee. For special circumstances or complex logistics, additional setup charges may apply — these will always be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
